Green Juice

• 1 cup spinach leaves
• 3 celery sticks
• 1 cup parsley
• A small bunch dandelion greens
• 1 small bunch watercress leaves
• 1cup green kale
• 2 pears

• 4 carrots
• 1 medium apple
• 1 pear
• ¼ ginger root
• Ice cubes


Blend all the ingredients in a juicer till they become and Serve chilled. By adding a touch of orange, you can mellow down the slightly bitter flavor of this fruit smoothie recipe.

Watermelon And Chia Juice

In this scorching heat of the summers, what can be more refreshing and revitalizing then a bowl of watermelon? A Glass of watermelon and chia juice certainly is more than just a treat for your taste buds. It’s an immunity booster and energizer that are extensively hydrating in summers. Watermelon being rich in vitamins A, C and B6 - all of which improves the immunity system. Chia seeds, on the other hand, contain rich amount of antioxidants


• 6 cups finely cut watermelon
• 1/2 cup mint leaves
• 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• Ice cubes


Put watermelon, mint, and lime juice along with ice cubes in a juicer and blend it. Sprinkle chia seeds on top and put it in freezer for 10-15 minutes before serving
