1. Beetroot
A non-starchy vegetable, it has ample amounts of minerals, fibers and vitamins leaving you satiated. Its low calorie and carbohydrate count and low glycemic index (GI) scores let you enjoy it without a second thought.

2. Nuts & Seeds
