You can hide the effects of aging by using any among a number of creams and lotions that are designed just for that purpose. These creams work for a while, at least, softening the lines on your face and fading the wrinkles. When they no longer function the way you want them to, you can then move on to something more advanced, like weight loss surgery. But like all kinds of surgery, you need to know that it involves a huge financial burden.

A face lift might be considered in some sense to be an anti aging process. The lines on your face can be removed by surgical process so that you look several years below your age. However, it does not reverse your aging process, or even slow it. You only look different. But that's very okay for lots of people, especially the females. I certainly like it too - a chance to look many years younger is awesome.

There was a time when people scoffed at the thought of living and looking very young even when they are old. Those who spoke of it were considered maniacs back then. But today, more people are realizing the possibility of it, and the joke is reversed. A lot of things that were considered impossible at that time are even happening already.

Age is not such a bad thing when you come to think of it. A few lines on your face and a few less races you can run. It's all part of life's cycle. The sooner you accept it, the sooner you can get on with your life. Fighting it only makes your old age that much more bitter and harder.

When you consume a lot more calories daily than you burn, you are asking for trouble. To begin with, you lose form and expose yourself to a whole lot of diet related ailments. In addition, you are leaving creating room for rapid aging.

There is much evidence to support stories of Egyptians being amongst the earliest to venture into anti aging. Way back in history, they displayed a lot of interest in the olive leaf, which was supposed to promote longer life, and increase beauty. Coupled with this, there is a lot to be seen in the marking and drawings on the walls of the pyramids that speak of the afterlife.

Back in ancient Egypt, the pharaohs permitted their scribes and spiritualists to find solution to longevity. They hoped to live forever, and remain beautiful in spite of their age. Varying successes were experienced with the use the olive leaf, as recorded on the walls of the pyramids. But obviously, the ultimate goal was not achieved, or else we wouldn't still be looking for it today.

Jeanne Calment was a French woman who died in 1997. She is documented as the longest living human centenarian, having lived up to 122 years old. Whatever kept her around that long could not have been any food supplements or anti aging measures. It could only have been her accepting the fact that she was old, and welcoming it. You should try that too.
