1000 Retete Culinare
500 g carne de pui, tocata
800 g rosii decojite taiate cubulete
125 g cannelloni
250 ml smantana sau iaurt
1 ceapa mica tocata marunt
2 morcovi tocati sau rasi
2 cepe verzi, tocate
1 ardei iute tocat (fara seminte)
4 linguri vin alb sau supa de pui
1 ou
2 linguri ulei masline
2 linguri parmezan ras
1/2 legatura patrunjel verde, tocat

Modul de preparare a retetei:
Se da drumul cuptorului, sa fie incins cand bagam tava cu cannelloni in el. Se pune uleiul intr-o tigaie si se caleste ceapa, ardeiul iute si morcovul. Se adauga rosiile, frunzele de patrunjel si vinul sau supa de pui si un varf de lingurita de sare, pentru ca rosiile sa lase sucul. Se lasa pe foc 10 minute.
Oul se bate si se amesteca ceapa verde cu carnea de pui, oul, smantana, parmezanul. Se condimenteaza cu sare si piper alb proaspat rasnit. Compozitia de cannelloni se pune in cornet si se umplu rulourile.
Se unge o tava cu ulei de masline, se toarna jumatate din sosul de rosii, se aseaza cannelloni unul langa altul si se toarna restul de sos de rosii. Rulourile Cannelloni se dau la cuptor 40 - 50 minute. Se servesc fierbinti, dar pot fi pastrate si reincalzite la cuptor.
