Summers nearing to an end, but it doesn't seem like the sun is anywhere close to taking a siesta. Follow these simple tips for a healthy summer and you'll find that it's not too hard to beat the heat:

1. Drink lots and lots (and lots) of water. This is not just important if you're trying to bajar de peso, but this is crucial if you want to avoid dehydration. In hot weather you need to be drinking at least 10 glasses of water a day to replace fluids lost during sweating and to add moisture to an otherwise parched, dried out body. 2. Lose weight. Carrying around all that extra weight is exhausting, not to mention overheating. The more fat you have on your body, the harder these summer months will hit you. Sweat creeps between folds of fat and you just get hot, bloated, and sluggish. If you've never considered taking diet pills in the past, maybe now would be a good time to check out that option.
