1. Planning. Creating a routine weekly and daily planning. This will allow you to have your most productive week all the time. Start your day with an extra 15 minutes to go to the daily schedule. 2. Power issue. Keep a question like this at your desk to help you stay focused: "This is the best use of my time" "I do most of my time right now.

3. Accept that you will never complete your task list. For perfectionists and perfectionist are as frustrating as a greyhound forever chasing the mechanical bunny around the track. Down this track. Make sure that you work on the most important business in the first place. Drag lint, not your priorities.

4. Turn off the computer. "What?" You say. "Everything is done on my computer!" Well it really is? What percentage do? Plan to have your computer only for the amount of time each day. Schedule blocks of time for different computer tasks and work from a checklist to keep you focused. Give your eyes a rest from the screen will give you more energy for creating. Even if you close your eyes, do you think the answer to the letter can also help.

6. Breaks. It is a fact that breaks to increase productivity. It's been proven in studies. If you want to find someone to help ensure you have a break in the morning and afternoon.

7. Make the most of your travels. How do you spend your commute? Make a positive time. Use it for reading, writing, creative thinking, creative projects, listen to audio books, or, hell, write your own book! If you love to travel, that happiness will affect you feel at work.

8. Post unimportant tasks. Delegate or remove non-essential elements of the task list. The best way to do this is to always make your most important stuff first. Miraculously extra stuff disappears.

9. Transitions. Ensure that planning enough time between appointments and meetings, and finds evidence cannot be on time.

10. Choose happiness, humor, enthusiasm, gratitude, kindness, and a positive attitude. To be productive and competitive in business does not mean you have to be serious all the time. Smiling does not mean that you are not working. The excitement does not mean that you are not competitive. Being positive does not mean that you are blind to the problems. Choose to have fun at work. Find others who are like this and spread good cheer. It is contagious, and it is growing. Avoid gossip and negative chat. This may be tempting, but it is not good for everyone, including yourself.
